It'll say which one is which on here. The two in the middle control what you want the oven to do. You can turn it to bake, broil, or clean. The one to the right of that sets the temperature you'd like the oven to be. So all you have to do is turn it to bake, the heat you want, open it up, and put whatever you'd like to cook inside! See? Easy!
