Everything is so pretty out! The snow, the lights... but I must ask...

What is Christmas? Does it have to do with that overweight man in a red suit Kakyoin-san told me about?

Well, how it's celebrated differs from country or culture, but nowadays it's mostly a holiday when spending money is excused. It even starts early~! Some decorations are put up on November already, but I guess this town is just a bit more slow, which really should be no surprise... Mayfield is a small town after all.

Our decorations seemed to have been put up overnight, Orihara-san. Did you put them up or did someone do them for us?

Either way it looks really pretty, if not a little bright.

No. It's not like I'd dislike Christmas, but I never bother myself with the decorating. ..Taking them down takes time too.

[Not to mention he probably spent every Christmas alone. No reason to decorate and remind him of that.]
